About the Role
This position is located at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear in Lusby, MD. The Senior Work Week Manager serves as a critical leader responsible for directing the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week.
Drawing on prior supervisory or managerial experience, you will ensure that the On-line Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) Procedures are strictly adhered to during execution. This role requires crossing organizational boundaries to collaborate with all departments and designated Project Managers, solving conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance. You will be responsible for ensuring fleet and CEC goals are met while coaching and mentoring members of the Work Management and CEC personnel. This is a strategic role based on business need, requiring former supervisory experience rather than an automatic progression from Work Week Manager.
