About the Role

Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into robust radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles. You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying your analytic and communication skills to assess system performance through detailed modeling and simulations.

In this position, you will represent the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, government lab partners, and senior leadership on significant technical matters. The role also involves providing direction on Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentoring early career engineers in the systems engineering activities required to deliver products to stakeholders.
