Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying advanced technologies and scientific principles to develop revolutionary radar solutions. You will translate customer requirements into system software specifications, develop models and detailed simulations to assess performance, and conduct system verification and certification activities. This role involves representing the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, government lab partners, and senior leadership on significant technical matters. Additionally, you will provide CI/CD pipeline assistance, automate repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentor early career engineers in systems engineering activities.
