About the Role
The Sr. Solution Architect (Coupa Consultant) serves as a pivotal member of the Coupa core team, driving implementation, rollout, and support initiatives across North America. This role is designed for a seasoned expert who bridges the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution within the Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay ecosystems.
As a key leader, you will guide the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, conducting workshops, performing fit-gap analysis, and designing robust Coupa integrations with ERPs, middleware, and third-party applications. Beyond technical configuration of modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoice, and Expenses, you will mentor development teams, review functional specifications, and create comprehensive training materials to empower business users.
Hiring Process
Candidates are expected to demonstrate a proven track record of at least two Coupa implementation or rollout projects in a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect capacity. The selection process focuses on verifying deep expertise in cloud application implementation life cycles and the ability to lead teams through complex functional and technical challenges.
