Our Radar Systems Engineering team brings together the brightest minds across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where they don't yet exist. We collaborate with the best Radar engineers in the business to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, Army, Space Force, and international partners in Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of engineers and architects from diverse backgrounds to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex mission requirements and executable technical solutions.
In this position, you will perform concept of operations design and radar behavior definition to drive capability implementation across subsystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear, testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria, conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts. Your work will involve developing detailed design documentation and representing the organization on contracts while interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior stakeholders on significant technical matters.
