Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products and customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
The Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a Sensor Systems Architect to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.
This role is designed for those looking for the challenge of a lifetime on a team of the brightest minds in the world. You will partner with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria, conduct trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, and develop detailed design documentation.
