Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products and customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
The Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will drive radar capability implementation across subsystems by defining radar behavior and associated requirements. You will collaborate with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria, while conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts.
In this dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, you will develop and present detailed design documentation and represent the organization on contracts. You will interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a technical challenge that requires thinking outside the box, working with motivated engineers, and applying expertise to advance sensor architectures against ever-evolving customer needs and threat spaces.
