Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products and customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
The Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a Sensor Systems Architect to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.
In this role, you will partner with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria. You will conduct trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, develop detailed design documentation, and represent the organization on contracts while interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams. This position is designed for those who enjoy a technical challenge that requires thinking outside the box, working in a collaborative environment with motivated engineers, and applying expertise to advance sensor architectures against ever-evolving customer needs and threat spaces.
