As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of diverse engineers and architects dedicated to advancing sensor architectures. This role exists to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. You will serve as a bridge between technical execution and mission success, defining concepts of operations and radar behavior to ensure subsystems meet critical mission criteria.
In this dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, you will conduct trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, develop detailed design documentation, and represent the organization on significant technical matters. You will interface with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure our solutions stay ahead of ever-evolving customer needs and threat spaces.
