As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of diverse engineers and architects dedicated to advancing sensor architectures. This role exists to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. You will serve as a bridge between concept and reality, defining radar behavior, developing requirements, and conducting trade studies to evaluate system-level performance impacts. Your work will directly influence mission success criteria, requiring you to represent the organization on contracts and interface with senior leadership, program managers, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
