Within the Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) organization, we collaborate with the best Radar engineers across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where they don't yet exist. Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to our customers.

We support a broad array of Radar products for the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.

About the Role

The Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a Sensor Systems Architect to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to drive radar capability implementation across subsystems and define clear, executable approaches for meeting mission success criteria.

In this position, you will engage in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment where the hard work is the fun part. You will represent the organization on contracts, interface with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior leadership on significant technical matters, and apply strong analytical and communication skills to advance sensor architectures against ever-evolving customer needs and threat spaces.
