The Sensor Architectures team is seeking a candidate to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to drive radar capability implementation across subsystems by defining clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria.
In this position, you will engage in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment where the hard work is the fun part. You will conduct trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, develop detailed design documentation, and represent the organization on contracts while interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior stakeholders.
