Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to our customers.
We support a broad array of Radar products for the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
The Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will drive radar capability implementation across subsystems by defining radar behavior and associated requirements. You will collaborate with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria, while conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts.
This role is designed for those who enjoy a technical challenge that requires thinking outside the box. You will apply strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, representing the organization on contracts and interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior teams on significant technical matters.
