As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of diverse engineers and architects dedicated to advancing sensor architectures. This role exists to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. You will serve as a bridge between technical execution and mission success, defining concepts of operation and translating them into clear, executable approaches for subsystem teams.
In this dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, you will represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior stakeholders. The work involves conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts and developing detailed design documentation.
