This position reports to the Senior Director of Consumer Insights and collaborates with the broader Data Insights & Strategic Analytics department. The team is dedicated to developing a deep understanding of media audiences and their perceptions and attitudes towards Versant portfolio brands.
The Senior Manager will lead research studies from design through execution, serving as a pivotal force in supporting brand and audience strategy. This role involves tackling tough questions with a passion for consumer insights and the evolving media industry. The ideal candidate possesses a talent for synthesizing multiple data sources into clear, persuasive stories that drive actionable insights.
The day-to-day involves engaging, influencing, and inspiring cross-functional stakeholders at various levels. You will manage a complex, portfolio-wide brand tracking study, interpreting results and translating findings for stakeholders while managing operational efforts. Additionally, you will help elevate the research team's value, thought leadership, and influence within the organization by mentoring junior team members and supporting the team's overall goals.
