About the Role
Join our amazing team and work remote from home as a Remote Sr. Foreclosure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring vendor activities during the processing of an eligible foreclosure referral and/or foreclosure referred loan. Foreclosure referral and/or foreclosure referred loan, relative to the accurate and timely handling of residential mortgage in accordance with applicable state requirements. You will effectively collaborate and communicate with support groups within default to ensure optimal resolution and/or outcome. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will assist with new hire training and meeting preparation with groups outside of your immediate work area. All duties are performed in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, investor requirements, investor requirements, and all US state and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience; some college preferred
- verified3 years Foreclosure experience or combination of 3 years banking/mortgage/foreclosure
- verifiedNotary Public or prior Paralegal experience preferred
- verifiedParalegal experience preferred
- verifiedUnderstanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings
