As an Analyst or Senior Analyst for Line Operations Safety Audits (LOSA), you will play a pivotal role in leading initiatives and supporting the day-to-day operations of the LOSA Program. You will report to the Manager, Line Operations Safety Audits, and be specifically responsible for administering the Dispatcher LOSA program. This position is integral to the American Airlines Safety Management System (SMS), where you will tackle challenges with flexibility and grace, learning new skills and advancing your career while enriching both your personal and work life.
Your day-to-day involves collecting observation data, conducting analysis, and creating presentations to support data analytics and reporting requirements for Safety Assurance, Flight Operations, Inflight, Dispatch, and other stakeholders. You will attend, facilitate, and present analysis and recommendations to leadership at monthly SMS meetings, ensuring that safety enhancements are established and coordinated based on data-derived targets.
