Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Bilingual Spanish Remote

Role Summary

We are actively seeking part-time Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our Provider Network. In this role, you will conduct treatment primarily with our pediatric population, delivering skilled speech therapy services and interventions tailored to unique client needs. You will address receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency issues, voice disorders, and apraxia of speech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote speech-language therapy services to clients via teletherapy.
  • Implement individual plans of care effectively.
  • Manage a caseload focused on the pediatric population.
  • Maintain accurate and daily documentation.
  • Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to maximize client progress.
  • Utilize technical proficiency to conduct sessions through our all-inclusive teletherapy platform.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines.
  • Licensure: Active SLPA license in the State of California.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SLPA.
  • Clinical Skills: Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching.
  • Setting Experience: Background in clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy settings.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in writing SOAP notes.
  • Age Group: Comfortable working with children aged 18 months and older.
  • Language: Must be bilingual and able to treat clients in Spanish.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with fluency disorders, behavioral modifications, adult populations, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Location and Schedule

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available to help maintain work-life balance.

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $30.00 - $46.00 per hour.
  • Structure: W2 employment.
