Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Bilingual Spanish Remote

Role Summary

We are actively recruiting part-time Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our Provider Network. In this role, you will conduct treatment sessions primarily with our pediatric population. You will deliver skilled speech therapy services and interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients suffering from receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency issues, voice disorders, and apraxia of speech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote speech-language therapy services to clients via teletherapy.
  • Implement individual plans of care through our teletherapy platform.
  • Manage a caseload consisting of pediatric patients.
  • Maintain accurate and daily documentation of client progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals to maximize client outcomes.
  • Utilize technical proficiency to conduct sessions through our all-inclusive teletherapy platform.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines.
  • Licensure: Active SLPA license in the State of California.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SLPA.
  • Clinical Skills: Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching. Proficiency in writing SOAP notes is required.
  • Setting: Prior experience in a clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy setting.
  • Demographics: Comfortable working with children aged 18 months and older.
  • Language: Must be bilingual and able to treat clients in Spanish.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adults, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is preferred.

Location and Schedule

This is a 100% remote position. The role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling to help maintain work-life balance.

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $30.00 - $46.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and bilingualism.
  • Employment Type: W2.
