Role Summary
We are actively recruiting part-time Speech Language Pathologists to join our Provider Network. This role offers the opportunity to treat a diverse client base of children and adults. We provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions tailored to unique client needs, including receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency issues, voice disorders, and apraxia of speech.
Geographic Scope and Licensure Support
We are hiring clinicians in all 50 states to provide services for clients located in California. To support this, we offer reimbursement for California licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote speech-language therapy services to clients via teletherapy.
- Conduct online speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for speech services.
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor individual plans of care.
- Manage a caseload comprising children, adults, and the geriatric population.
- Maintain accurate and daily documentation for all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California State Speech Language Pathologist License, or the ability to obtain one.
- Prior experience in a clinic or school setting, or successful completion of a clinical interview.
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy using our all-inclusive platform.
- Comfort and experience working with children aged 18 months and older.
Schedule and Location
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Hours: Part-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 12 to 29 hours per week.
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor
- Bilingual: $60.00 for 60-minute evaluations and $30.00 for 30-minute therapy sessions.
W2 Employee
- Rate: $43.00 - $56.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and bilingualism.
Note: Licensure reimbursement will be paid out after the completion of 145 hours of work.
