The Role

This position offers a flexible, remote opportunity to provide speech-language teletherapy. You will serve as a vital link between students and their educational goals, participating in IEP meetings and completing comprehensive case reports. Success in this role relies on strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with onsite school personnel and build meaningful rapport with students.

Schedule and Compensation

Our clinicians have the autonomy to choose their workload, ranging from as little as 5 hours per week up to 40 hours. All availability will be considered within typical school-based hours, and schedule flexibility is required to work across time zones. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $40 to $55 per hour, determined by experience and market conditions. You will be paid for both direct therapy time and indirect time, which includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and other administrative duties.
