We are currently hiring multiple Special Education Teachers for full-time, school-based positions in Turner, Maine, for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with local schools to fill a variety of special education caseloads across grade levels and student populations. Placements may include early childhood, elementary, middle school, life skills, behavioral support, and other specialized programs. We work closely with candidates to match educators with roles that align with their experience, strengths, and professional preferences.
These positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in supportive, collaborative educational environments. If you've experienced burnout or a lack of support in traditional school settings, this role is designed to be different.
About the Role
As a Special Education Teacher with Boothby, you will join a collaborative team environment that includes SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, and school staff. You will receive the support you need to succeed, including a dedicated Service Delivery Manager for ongoing guidance and problem-solving.
You will have access to special education resources, tools, and instructional support within a structure designed to support manageable workloads and educator well-being. Whether your background is in early childhood, behavioral programming, life skills, resource settings, or academic support programs, you will be empowered to help students thrive in inclusive learning environments.
