About the Opportunity
Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to engage experienced special education professionals — special education teachers, IEP coordinators, behavioral specialists, and disability services administrators — to improve AI systems' understanding of individualized instruction, disability law, and student support services.
Contributors will apply their expertise in areas such as IEP development, behavioral intervention planning, assistive technology, and special education compliance to evaluate and enhance AI performance on special education‑specific tasks. This is a project‑based opportunity with potential for ongoing engagement depending on performance and project needs.
