Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and business goals
- check_circleConfigure system workflows, permissions, and settings based on solution design
- check_circleSupport ERP integrations and data flows with internal technical teams
- check_circleDefine and execute test plans to validate workflows and data accuracy
- check_circleCreate and maintain solution documentation and configuration guides
- check_circleDesign end-to-end solutions aligning platform capabilities with customer processes
- check_circleSupport go-live activities and troubleshoot issues during deployment
Requirements
- verified5+ years customer-facing consulting, implementation, or solutions experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- verifiedExperience leading discovery sessions and translating business workflows into system configuration
- verifiedHands-on experience configuring SaaS platforms, supporting integrations, and validating system behavior
- verifiedFamiliarity with ERP, CRM, or logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- verifiedWorking knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON/XML), and integration concepts
- verifiedFoundational understanding of relational databases and comfort using SQL
- verifiedAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- verifiedProficiency with Office 365, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
- verifiedWillingness to travel up to 25%
