About the Role
Parexel International LLC is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead solution and application support for our Project and portfolio applications, with a specific focus on the Planisware platform. This role serves as a critical bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring the seamless operation of enterprise resource planning solutions.
In this position, you will translate complex technical and software needs into clear business and technical requirements documents. You will analyze current business practices to identify future opportunities for leveraging Planisware Platform Services, delivering architecture designs that drive the transformation and modernization of our systems. The role involves configuring the Planisware platform to enhance capabilities in Project, Resource, Portfolio, and Financial Management, as well as designing and building Data Service APIs to migrate legacy data solutions.
You will provide direct assistance to super users for priority issues while delegating lower-priority tickets to offshore teams. A key part of your day involves gathering requirements, documenting them in JIRA, and conducting user acceptance testing in partnership with business users. You will also liaise with the Planisware team for level-2 issue resolutions and lead your team through the full lifecycle of design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Location and Work Model
This position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina (541 Church at North Hills Street, Suite 1000). We support a hybrid work model, permitting local telecommuting up to 3 days per week.
