About the Role

As a Senior Director, you will lead a team responsible for a critical element of the host lifecycle within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Delivering GPU compute capacity quickly and at high quality to our customers is fundamental to our success. Your team will develop the software infrastructure required to ensure new compute products are built and tested to meet the highest standards.

This role demands leadership that spans from low-level firmware deployment to large-scale distributed systems. You will work directly with various manufacturing partners and stay hands-on with the newest cutting-edge GPU technology. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-performing environment, setting goals, coaching engineers, and driving accountability while representing the organization to senior leadership.
