About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to shape and strengthen the organic social presence of a B2B brand within the industrial products sector, based in Pennsylvania. This long-term contract opportunity focuses on building a robust platform strategy, with a specific emphasis on TikTok and short-form storytelling tailored for technical audiences.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and strong client communication skills, capable of translating business goals into engaging social content recommendations. You will review existing channel performance to identify opportunities for improved reach and relevance, crafting an organic TikTok approach that resonates with B2B buyers and trade-focused audiences. Your work will extend to shaping cross-platform social plans for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and Reddit to support broader brand visibility.
In this role, you will recommend effective content angles, posting cadences, and creative formats that align with campaign goals. You will collaborate closely with internal creative and content stakeholders to guide asset development and messaging, while working alongside digital and paid media partners to ensure alignment between organic activity and broader marketing efforts. As the initiative establishes its foundation, you will participate in client meetings, present social insights, and help inform execution priorities during a period of heavier workload.
