About the Role

Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Site Security professional to join our team supporting a premier hospitality and travel client. In this on-site position, you will serve as the first line of defense, safeguarding guests, staff, and property through vigilant patrols, precise access control, and effective incident response.

This role is designed for individuals who understand that security in the hospitality industry is as much about service as it is about safety. You will deliver courteous, professional interactions while maintaining a secure environment. Working within a fast-paced, guest-centric setting, you will collaborate closely with hotel operations teams, local authorities, and event staff to ensure seamless operations during peak periods and emergencies.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of proactive monitoring and responsive action. You will patrol entrances, exits, and key areas to ensure a secure atmosphere, utilizing CCTV and access control systems to maintain oversight. Whether responding to alarms, addressing guest concerns with calm professionalism, or managing crowd control during events, your ability to enforce site policies while providing excellent customer service will be central to your success.

You will also play a critical role in documentation, reporting security incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues to ensure continuous improvement and safety compliance.
