About the Role
Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Site Security professional to support a prestigious hospitality and travel client. In this on-site position, you will serve as the first line of defense, safeguarding guests, staff, and property through vigilant patrols, precise access control, and effective incident response.
This role is designed for individuals who understand that security in the hospitality industry is as much about service as it is about safety. You will deliver courteous, guest-centric interactions while maintaining a secure environment. Working within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, you will collaborate closely with hotel operations to ensure seamless experiences for all visitors.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve monitoring entrances and exits, conducting regular foot and perimeter patrols, and operating CCTV and access control systems. You will be the calm, professional face of security when responding to alarms, guest concerns, or emergencies. From documenting incidents and hazards to supporting crowd control during peak periods, your focus will be on enforcing policies while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
