About the Role

As a safety-focused Shuttle Driver, you will be the face of LAZ Parking, operating passenger shuttles to transport customers, employees, and guests between parking facilities and key destinations such as airports, hospitals, campuses, or events. This on-site role is vital to our mission of delivering timely, courteous service while upholding the highest standards of traffic, safety, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

In this position, you will navigate fixed or flexible routes, ensuring passengers arrive safely and on schedule. Your day will involve conducting thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining a clean and presentable shuttle interior and exterior, and assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and mobility needs. You will serve as a key communicator with dispatch and site leadership, managing route changes or delays with professionalism. Whether supporting special events or handling peak traffic periods, you will play a crucial role in representing our service-driven culture.
