About the Role

Based at our property in Lahaina, Hawaii, this position focuses on the seamless movement of our guests. You will transport guests to and from assigned destinations using property vehicles, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. Beyond transportation, you serve as a guardian of our fleet, responsible for inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness, checking tire pressure and fluid levels, and refueling as necessary. You will document all trips, vehicle incidents, and maintenance needs, ensuring that safety and operational standards are meticulously maintained.

This role is deeply rooted in our service culture. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation. Whether assisting individuals with disabilities or communicating clearly with team members via electronic devices, your interactions define the guest experience. You will maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and foster positive working relationships with colleagues, embodying the spirit of The Ritz-Carlton every day.
