About the Role
Burger King is seeking Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise employees, and ensure customer service and food quality standards are met. This position is responsible for leading the team during shifts, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time, monitoring food quality and cleanliness, handling cash management procedures, completing shift reports, assisting with inventory and ordering, training employees, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
