About the Role
Burger King is seeking Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise employees, and ensure customer service and food quality standards are met. This position is designed for individuals looking to lead a team during shifts, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time, while monitoring food quality and cleanliness.
Team Context
As a Shift Supervisor or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising crew members, assigning work positions, assisting with food preparation and customer service, handling customer complaints, managing cash drawers, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during your shift. Assistant Managers may also assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, training new employees, and opening and closing the restaurant.
