About the Role
Burger King is seeking Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise employees, and ensure customer service and food quality standards are met. This position is responsible for leading the team during shifts, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time, and on time, and monitoring food quality and cleanliness.
Team Context
As a Shift Supervisor or Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during your shift. You will supervise crew members, assign work positions, and assist with food preparation and customer service. You will also handle customer complaints, manage cash drawers, and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
