About the Role
Burger King is seeking Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise employees, and ensure customer service and food quality standards are met. These roles are pivotal in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during their shift.
Day in the Life
As a Shift Supervisor or Assistant Manager, you will lead the team during shifts, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time. You will be responsible for supervising crew members, assigning work positions, assisting with food preparation and customer service. You will also monitor food quality and cleanliness, handle customer complaints, managing cash drawers, and completing shift reports, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
