About the Role
As a Restaurant Shift Manager at our Sioux Falls location (1704 E. 10th St), you will be more than just a manager; you will be a leader who helps every team member succeed. You won't find a droned-out fast-food routine here. Instead, you will eagerly interact with a variety of people, from team members to customers enjoying our made-from-scratch fresh food.
Your day will involve enthusiastically preparing food the "Olé" way, working one-on-one with customers, and managing a customer service team of like-minded fresh food lovers in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will be a big part of the quality food experience our clients have come to enjoy.
A Day in the Life
This role requires quick thinking, a desire to improve leadership skills, and the ability to work independently with a mature attitude. While working with food can be messy, special care is required to ensure customer safety and your own, keeping a clean working environment and proactively helping team members succeed.
We offer flexible full-time hours ranging from 5 AM to 10 PM, requiring 30+ hours per week. We understand that life activities like church, sports, or school come first, so we tailor schedules to ensure your success and work-life balance.
