About the Role
The hourly Shift Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will be accountable for directing the restaurant team and ensuring compliance with company standards across all areas of daily operation. This includes leading the team in delivering great guest service, managing product preparation and inventory, and executing cash policies. You will hold your team accountable to high standards of food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality, leading by example while having fun with the team.
