About the Role

The Shift Leader serves as the vital link between the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and the store team. This role is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the store during your shift, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, new directives, and guest connections.

You will be the face of the store, bringing our Core Values to life in all that you do: Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, and Serve With Love. As the Manager on Duty, you will take ownership of the look and feel of the store, think strategically about maximizing sales and waste management, and foster an inclusive and inspiring culture. You will actively coach team members, not from a place of compliance, but from commitment, helping them bring their best "Doing" and "Being" to their roles.
