As a Shift Leader, you will serve as a vital link between the Store Manager and the team, helping to oversee store operations and maintain our high standards of service.
In this position, you will set the example for your staff by caring deeply about our customers and demonstrating a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership. You will be responsible for supervising the team to accomplish daily tasks, including bookkeeping and merchandising, while ensuring our food program continues to set the bar high. Your day will involve planning, organizing, and communicating ideas effectively to foster a healthy culture and solve problems as they arise.
