About the Role

As a Manager in Cloud Operations, you will lead the deployment of innovative ServiceNow solutions designed to transform client operations. This role is about more than just technical execution; it is about guiding teams to deliver exceptional client service while fostering leadership development. You will partner with cross-functional teams to confirm project success, analyzing system requirements to develop strategic implementation plans that drive impactful business performance.

In this position, you will manage project timelines and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks associated with complex deployments. You are expected to lead with a growing understanding of how business works, identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. Your day-to-day involves coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and engaging in difficult conversations to resolve conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders. You will also guide the development of thought leadership and sales materials to grow the PwC community, ensuring that quality and compliance standards are upheld in every deliverable.
