About the Role
We are seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics specializing in electronic security solutions. Our teams are responsible for providing service on STC products directly at customer sites. This position serves as the primary customer contact for all post-installation problems regarding security systems and equipment, while also engaging in special project work as needed.
In this role, you will ensure application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing issues both individually and as part of a team. You will execute preventative maintenance to maximize availability, perform routine configuration changes, and document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system. Additionally, you will produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences and perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing and on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Securitas Technology is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: High School diploma required or equivalent; Familiarity installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment; Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing; and Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control systems a plus.
