About the Role

As an Experienced RV Technician, you will join our dynamic service team to independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and overall service quality. In this role, you will lead complex diagnostics and repairs across a wide variety of RV makes and models, ensuring timely and accurate service.

Beyond your own repairs, you will support the service department's performance by mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality work environment. You will help improve shop efficiency and service turnaround times while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Your work will directly contribute to increased customer satisfaction and promote repeat business through a high standard of workmanship.
