As a Service Manager, you will lead our Facilities & Maintenance service operations, serving as the bridge between field execution and customer satisfaction. This role exists to drive a customer-first culture where safety, quality, and efficiency are paramount. You will supervise field technicians, oversee the rhythm of scheduling and dispatch, and ensure every installation and repair meets strict safety regulations and industry codes.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of service delivery: from coordinating parts and inventory with wholesale partners to handling customer escalations with empathy and resolution. You will also play a key role in developing your team through training, coaching, and performance feedback, while monitoring key performance indicators like response time and first-time fix rates to continuously improve our service initiatives.
