The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Field Service Engineer to join our team in Maryland. As a Mechanical Mastermind, you will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing CNC machines across the state. This role is designed for those who crave the challenge of unraveling complex machinery and thrill at the sound of a machine humming to life after a grueling repair.
You will be based out of your home and travel in a company-provided van, working closely with clients to ensure their equipment runs at peak performance. As a Virtuoso Field Service Engineer, you will deliver legendary service by becoming the industry's most knowledgeable expert, continuously learning to stay ahead of the curve, and partnering with clients to ensure their success.
