The Service Greeter is the first point of contact for customers arriving at our service department. This role is designed to welcome valued customers with a friendly, professional attitude and ensure a smooth transition to a Service Advisor. Beyond greeting, the Service Greeter plays a vital operational role by moving customer vehicles in and around the lot and service areas, installing protective coverings, and retrieving vehicles for customers upon pickup. The position also involves maintaining a clean and safe environment through general custodial duties in the shop and lot areas.
