The Senior Technical Business Analyst (Payments) serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, specializing in payment systems and financial technologies. This role is designed to analyze complex business requirements, design and optimize payment solutions, and support development and QA teams within an Agile framework.
In this position, you will play a key role in enhancing payment processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality technical documentation. You will manage client interactions during testing phases, conduct gap analyses to translate business needs into functional specifications, and facilitate meetings to present technical solutions. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed, and involves occasional travel (0-10%) to accommodate business needs.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must live within a commutable distance to one of our hubs in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX and possess reliable transportation. This role requires the ability to work between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed. Overtime may be required on an as-needed basis.
