Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReview and prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax returns.
- check_circleProvide tax planning and consulting to high net worth individuals and corporate clients.
- check_circleResearch and resolve technical tax issues.
- check_circleParticipate in client meetings and collaborate with the tax team.
- check_circleMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax practices and changes in tax law.
- check_circleProvide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- check_circleSupervise, train, and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verifiedMaster’s degree or CPA certification strongly preferred
- verifiedMinimum 5 years experience in public accounting
- verifiedProficiency in tax software
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedStrong knowledge federal and state tax codes
