About the Role

As a Senior Tax Manager in our High-Net-Worth Tax practice, you will join a firm that is scaling rapidly and taking its people along for the ride. This role is designed for those ready to take their career to the next level and lean into their entrepreneurial spirit. You will work closely with multi-generational family offices to support the effective transition of wealth across generations, combining technical tax expertise with client advisory and team leadership.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to impact growing businesses and build your future in a firm where your contributions will be seen, valued, and rewarded. You will partner with clients to develop comprehensive wealth transition strategies, including cash flow modeling, income distribution planning, business succession, and estate preservation. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor and coach team members, manage client relationships by proactively identifying planning opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts through prospect identification and networking.
