About the Role
Peraton is seeking a highly skilled, security-focused Senior Systems Analyst to provide advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for a federal government customer. This role exists to ensure the continuity of mission-critical operations in a fast-paced government environment.
In this position, you will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to support secure enterprise operations. You will be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical incidents involving enterprise desktop environments, identity and access management, virtual desktop infrastructure, and secure mobility solutions. Your work will directly impact the ability of government users to perform their duties in both classified and unclassified settings, requiring a blend of deep technical troubleshooting skills and exceptional customer service.
