Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and deploy content personalization systems including email ranking and in-app experience sequencing
- check_circleLead the transition from offline batch scoring to real-time, low-latency inference pipelines embedded in product backends
- check_circleEstablish data infrastructure foundations including feature stores, training pipelines, and monitoring frameworks
- check_circleDefine and enforce data quality standards with automated validation and CI/CD best practices for ML
- check_circlePartner with product and engineering leads to translate business problems into multi-quarter technical roadmaps
- check_circleCommunicate complex technical outcomes to executive stakeholders as concrete strategic recommendations
- check_circleServe as primary technical leader setting direction, standards, and mentoring data scientists at all levels
- check_circleCultivate a culture of rigor and operational excellence by establishing documented, standardized patterns
- check_circleEstablish team norms and frameworks for effectively and responsibly applying modern AI tools
- check_circleDrive cross-functional alignment on DS/AI success metrics to ensure model performance connects to business outcomes
- check_circleArchitect and own end-to-end ML systems for personalizing user experiences and optimizing financial decisions
Requirements
